starting off on the right foot

i don't know who all is going to be interested in reading this, but i really think it'll do me good to keep it up to date. i'm not going to go back and explain my life story, so from here on out, what you read is what you know.
tonight, december 29th, i went with my dad and we bought things for me to do the master cleanse (you may know it as the lemonaid cleanse?) basically i'm only drinking this special lemonaid formula for 2 weeks.
i also have laxative teas, unrefined sea salt water and cayenne pepper pills, with seperate hoodia.
i really need it to give me energy and wing me off of so much caffiene. the way i'm eating and living right now is definitely not the way i should be. i know this fast isn't the healthiest but it beats starbucks and energy drink breakfasts, binges at lunch and going out to dinner every night. i feel sluggish or artificially energized all the time.
it affects my mood, though not as bad as it used to.
of course, i'm definitely unhappy with my body as well and for the start of the new year, i'd love to re-amp my body into a new one that i can be proud of.

okay, tomorrow morning, i will head out to pick up the sea salt.
i will have one serving of that to get everything flowing on the right track.
then i will make and drink the lemonaid for breakfast.
i'm going out to coffee with a friend, but i can't have that so i will have to settle with water.
i work at one, so i will bring my lemon juice and syrup to work, pick up a starbucks venti water and drink that through out my day.
i will also be taking my hoodia pills before my lunch drink and my dinner drink.
i'm going to wing night with my boyfriend tomorrow, but he totally supports my eating habits, whatever they may be at the time, and he will be perfectly fine with me abstaining from the wings :)
at night, an hour before bed, i'll make my organic laxitive tea because i guess its supposed to be slower working and help me to sleep better.


Master Cleanse Recipe:#1 (single serving):
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (approx ½ of a Lemon)
- 2 Tbsp Genuine Organic Maple Syrup (not Maple flavored sugar syrup youd put on pancakes)
Ten oz. glass of hot water (cold can be used if preferred)


so for a starbucks water, which i will be using most often because i only need three a day, i need 4 tbsp of lemon juice and maple syrup.
i hate hot drinks so i will be drinking it cold.

the sea salt mixure, i'm going to have as early as possible.
its 2 tsp of salt into a quart of water which is aloooooot, but oh well.
i want this to work better than last time because the last time i tried this diet, i had no form of diuretic and i didn't lose as much as i'd like to.





in the morning i will post my beginning weight, the time i took the sea salt, how the rest of my day and the preperation went and more details about it.
