i'm pissed at myself for last night, that was totally unnessicary and i don't know why i did it?
its not like i was deathly hungry or anything.
okay today should be the last day of my period (TMI haha) but that means the bloat should be going down.
here's my plan for today:
as soon as i'm done with this, i'm doing a sea salt thing, yuuck, that was so hard but i gotta.
then i will make my lemonaid juice, and either go get a water from starbucks or use my own.
that'll all be done by eleven. i'll also be taking 1 cayenne pill.
i'm going to a movie at 1:10 with my friend so i'll stop by starbucks and make my lunch drink to sip on during that. i will have my cayenne pill and two hoodia pills.
for dinner, i'm going to make my drink and thats ALL I'M GOING TO HAVE ALL NIGHT!!
geesh, nooo self control, eh? bleh, also a cayenne pill and two hoodias.
i only lost .4 pounds yesterday which is bullshit.
i'm going to my boyfriend's for New Years tonight, i thiiink! that'll be fun and its not like we'll be eating all night so i'm good!
gotta get started, i hate waking up so damn late.

i'm so freaking hungry, man. haha i'm like craving everything! yeah, thats it i'm definitely not hungry just craving stuff with substance.. not liquid. bleh whatever.
okay plan, i'll do this tomorrow and the next day and if by then i'm not under 120 theeen screw this haha.
i honestly think i'd lose more weight on redline and sushi.
mmm, sounds good i'll do that when i'm done.
today is wednesday, i'll do it thursday and friday. on saturday when i wake up, if i'm not 119 or lower then i'm done with this cleanse.
if i'm lower than that, i'll keep going for a bit, i don't mind.
then of course, when i'm done i'll keep restriction.

day one of master cleansing
alright so i woke up about 9:30 today, canceled my coffee plans because i would have been laaate, got some sea salt at trader joes and a venti iced water from starbucks.
i talked to my mom a bit, turns out there's this really good diet pill she was telling me about? i'll look it up and post a link so anyone interested can check it out.
anyway, i did the 4 c. of water with 2 tsp of sea salt... first of all... GROSS, i can't stand salt water.
i don't think anyone can, but my gosh.
i'll definitely be doing it again though, it worked sooo fast as a laxative, seriously about 1 hr or less.
if anyone needs a quick lax, which by the way i defintiely don't condone, there's a good way to do it, rather than overdose on pills.
okay, my starting weight was 124 exactly, about 2 pounds of disgusting holiday weight, bleck.
hopefully, i'll get a good ways under 120.
i know i'll lose the most today, and the next few days so i'll keep you updated.
i'm going to work at 3 instead of one so i'll get another drink at 2:30, i'm still working on this first one after a quart of salt water!
thats when i'll be taking my hoodia pills as well.
well, any comments tips? let me know, i think i need to get ready, i'm being a slow bloomer today and i'm still in my sweat pants.

starting off on the right foot
i don't know who all is going to be interested in reading this, but i really think it'll do me good to keep it up to date. i'm not going to go back and explain my life story, so from here on out, what you read is what you know.
tonight, december 29th, i went with my dad and we bought things for me to do the master cleanse (you may know it as the lemonaid cleanse?) basically i'm only drinking this special lemonaid formula for 2 weeks.
i also have laxative teas, unrefined sea salt water and cayenne pepper pills, with seperate hoodia.
i really need it to give me energy and wing me off of so much caffiene. the way i'm eating and living right now is definitely not the way i should be. i know this fast isn't the healthiest but it beats starbucks and energy drink breakfasts, binges at lunch and going out to dinner every night. i feel sluggish or artificially energized all the time.
it affects my mood, though not as bad as it used to.
of course, i'm definitely unhappy with my body as well and for the start of the new year, i'd love to re-amp my body into a new one that i can be proud of.
okay, tomorrow morning, i will head out to pick up the sea salt.
i will have one serving of that to get everything flowing on the right track.
then i will make and drink the lemonaid for breakfast.
i'm going out to coffee with a friend, but i can't have that so i will have to settle with water.

at night, an hour before bed, i'll make my organic laxitive tea because i guess its supposed to be slower working and help me to sleep better.
Master Cleanse Recipe:#1 (single serving):
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (approx ½ of a Lemon)
- 2 Tbsp Genuine Organic Maple Syrup (not Maple flavored sugar syrup youd put on pancakes)
Ten oz. glass of hot water (cold can be used if preferred)
so for a starbucks water, which i will be using most often because i only need three a day, i need 4 tbsp of lemon juice and maple syrup.
i hate hot drinks so i will be drinking it cold.
the sea salt mixure, i'm going to have as early as possible.
its 2 tsp of salt into a quart of water which is aloooooot, but oh well.
i want this to work better than last time because the last time i tried this diet, i had no form of diuretic and i didn't lose as much as i'd like to.
in the morning i will post my beginning weight, the time i took the sea salt, how the rest of my day and the preperation went and more details about it.
